Good Thursday to you!

I don’t know about you, but I’m getting more and more excited about Thursdays lately because it means I get to share another episode of The Lively Show with you!

Today’s episode is powerful.

I asked Clara of ClaraPersis.com to come on the show not to talk about her social marketing and event company or her lovely lifestyle and food blog (though you should definitely check them out).

Today we are talking about her personal journey with anxiety, ending a relationship, and listening to her intuition.

She was kind enough to share openly in the hopes that her story may connect with others who deal with similar struggles.

Let’s go to the show.

I am less then 15 minutes into this and I just want to say thank you! I can relate so much to Clara and it is nice to know there is someone else out there that is dealing with the same thing.

That is so wonderful to hear, Kelly! I’m glad it is hitting home for you. : )

I second Kelly’s comment… I felt like Clara was telling my story. Thanks for sharing! :)

As a therapist myself, I found so much of what Clara was saying to be really insightful in terms of listening to her body to understand whether her anxiety was biological or situational. Break-ups are hard enough, and it sounds like the way she handled the difficult situation allowed it to end in a graceful, respectful way. Our bodies really do let us know when things aren’t right–I’ve had the exact same signs (tension, sleeplessness) before making needed changes. This was great–thanks for sharing!

I’m glad you enjoyed the episode, Jenn! It is crazy, isn’t it, how our bodies can tell us so much if we choose to listen?
