a quick thank you

Today I’m going to take a breather and prepare a post that is going up tomorrow which bares another huge lesson I’ve learned over the past eight months. I’m also going to take the time to respond in email to all of the wonderful comments from Monday and Tuesday. I cannot thank you enough for your support.

My hope is that by baring one of the biggest challenges in my life tomorrow, I can help others facing the same struggle. In the course of this week I’ll have then laid out all the cards on the table for you all. I’m finding that the more I am transparent here on MML and share the good that has come out of my hardships, the more I might actually be able to help others. And that’s the whole point.

Reading your posts (previously and especially now) I’m stunned by your ability to reach out, be honest and learn from you. Your optimism (mixed with realism) is more helpful and inspiring than you probably realise. I’m hoping it all really works out for you and Erwin, as friends.

Jess, I didn’t get a chance to respond to your other posts, but I did read them. I can’t imagine the struggle you went through but I am glad that you were able to sort it out. I know it still won’t be easy for you but it sounds like you are going in the right direction. Also, I can’t imagine how hard it is for you to share this so publicly. I know that everything you have learned (and will learn) from this will only make you stronger.

  3. Wow, just read the last few posts. You’re really dealing with something big here. Amazing how quickly you were able to process it (although I imagine you saw it coming for a bit). Impressive that you can handle it so well. Best of luck, Jess!
