Happy Thursday to you!
Today on The Lively Show, I’m talking with Ali Edwards of AliEdwards.com. Ali is a leader in the scrapbooking world, and has reframed what it means to scrapbook, through the lens of telling your life story intentionally.
But our conversation extends far beyond scrapbooking – we cover a gamut of topics centered around what it means to live with the unexpected changes and challenges that come our way throughout our lives.
From Autism to divorce, Ali shares about the peace that comes with “living in the grey” and embracing the fact that life may have a different (even better) plan for us than what we’ve imagined.
This episode is perfect for anyone who struggles (or knows someone who struggles) with all-or-nothing thinking, or who is dealing with an unexpected change in their lives.

That’s great to hear, Lara! I’m so glad you enjoyed this episode and I hope you enjoy the other ones you listen to in the future. : )
I’m so glad to hear Ali’s interview and to get to know her a little more. I am now focused on expanding my small business in the scrapbooking industry and I’m a huge fan of Ali (who isn’t, right?). I always feel she’s so perfect and I’ve been learning a lot about the business just buy watching her “week in the life” and projects, how she is organized and calm. It was super cool to learn about her struggles and also realized we have some things in common such as the need of being in charge and also all her awareness of herself. I tend ot observe my reactions and thoughts a lot, too. Thanks for sharing.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the episode and getting to know Ali better, Dani. : ) That’s great!
I’ve been a fan of Ali’s for years and now I love her even more. My son’s name is Grey and since the day he was born, I knew “living in the gray” will be one of my biggest life lessons. What a great lesson though. And how lucky am I to have his name to always remind me of it. Great show Jess. I’m so glad she came on the show!
That is so lovely, Sunray! I love that your son’s name is a daily reminder. : )
