{Drop-In Session} Inner Stillness Yoga

Inner Stillness Yoga is a 75-minute yin yoga class mixed in with your inner voice! Grab your mat, some pillows (or yoga blocks), and even a journal to keep by your side so that you can find stillness within even as your body releases tight muscles and emotions.

In yin yoga, we hold passive postures for 3 to 5 minutes in order to access the body’s deeper tissues and allow the physical, emotional, and mental ‘body’ to release constriction for more flow off the mat!

This class will include 15-minutes of space after the poses for inner voice journaling, meditative stillness or any other activity that is calling your name.

Prior experience in yoga or connecting to your inner voice is not required. 🙂
