InMotion is the perfect mix of movement and meditation — a true mind, body practice. Movement is a catalyst for change, both physically and mentally. Consistent movement allows us to build strength, to challenge our body in new ways, and to show ourselves what we’re capable of.
Through movement, we can often start to see new perspectives and overall shake things up. In our InMotion classes, each time you step on your mat, you are not only gaining strength through the physical practice, but you are also creating a safe space to start to rewire your brain for positivity and safety and show yourself you are resilient and strong.
The flow of the class will include an opening meditation, followed by our movement — think a fusion of pilates and strength, ending with a grounding, releasing meditation. There will also be time to connect and share insights at the end.
