{Course} Eat with Ease – Week Two

Eat with Ease is a mindful & intuitive eating course that emphasizes the pleasures and ease of eating to nurture our relationship with food and ourselves, while achieving authentic health.

This course will cover:

  • What is eating with ease
  • Why we’re not eating with ease yet
  • Why we should eat with ease
  • How to eat with ease using mind-body-intuition practices

Participants will walk away with tools to help themselves reframe their relationship with food and with themselves. They will learn to give themselves permission to eat for satisfaction, let go of diet culture, and societal expectations. They will re-establish connections with themselves, their self trust and their inner compass.

Four weekly live calls will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7pm EDT, from June 8th to June 29th! Recordings will be available.
