
{Drop-In Session} Group Bean Bag Release
These 70-minute sessions are designed to bring your awareness into the body to release any Bean Bags (emotional or energetic resistance) of which the body and mind are ready to let go. We’ll spend the time practicing deep breath, honing the body’s capacity to shift awareness (from mind to Inner Voice), and spending time outside the mind as a way to increase our connection to the deepest part of ourselves.
