{Drop-In Session} InMotion

Regardless of what our minds and other minds have said about fitness and exercise (and it’s a lot!), exercise is just movement and as humans, we are meant to move. Through movement, we can shift perspectives, bring new energy & release stuck feelings.

Through this 60-minute, low impact style sculpt class, we will tap into our inner and outer strength. By inviting our inner voices along throughout the exercises, we will move in a way that feels good in our bodies, listening deeply and loosening the judgement and criticism that may come up in our mind.

This session will begin with an inner voice aligning meditation, followed by low impact sculpt style exercises and an opportunity for stillness or coming together at the end. All levels are welcome, different options for exercises will be shared and bottom line, we all will be doing what our bodies are calling for! All you need is a mat, and an optional set of light hand weights.
