{Drop-In} Inner Peace Yoga

Inner Peace Yoga is an opportunity to cultivate stillness in the body and mind through an hour of intentional breath and movement. In this class, we will move gently, breathe deeply, and allow our bodies the space to release anything that is ready to be let go. A practice that is available to all bodies and abilities–no prior experience is necessary. This is your time to breath, move, and rest in the way that feels most aligned for you.
