{Drop-In} Move with Ease

Move with Ease is an invitation to check in and realign your current relationship to movement and exercise. As human beings we are made to move and movement can be a catalyst for change, both physically and mentally.

Exercise has the potential to make you feel great — through movement, we can often start to see new perspectives, shift our energy and feel better as we build strength and challenge our body in new ways.

However movement, exercise and health also tends to be an area where we can find ourselves absorbing all of the external noise and “shoulds” from society and others, leaving us feeling unmotivated, depleted and more disconnected from ourselves.

Move with Ease will bring balance and fun back to your movement routine and will support you as you continue to align with that element of trust in ourselves and our bodies. By giving ourselves the space to both move and talk together, we’ll rewrite beliefs holding us back and move forward with excitement and ease.
