{Workshop} An Inner Exploration of Death

Across time and tradition, spiritual leaders have encouraged the practice of death awareness as a means to generate gratitude, reduce fear and enliven our earthly experience. Join Kathryn Sullivan, inner voice facilitator and certified death doula, to contemplate the end of life through a Tibetan Buddhist death meditation followed by inner voice Q&A.

In this safe and compassionate space, all of your mind’s queries and concerns are welcome. During open mic and 1:1 mini-sessions, we’ll invite the inner voice to share its illuminating peace and wisdom on any questions you may have, including:

  1. How can we feel safe in the face of death? Will any part of us survive this lifetime?
  2. What is the purpose of human existence, and what does it look like to make the most of it?
  3. How should we interact with someone who is dying? Can we connect to passed loved ones?

If you have any questions in advance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Kathryn!
