Love you choice of Larabars but I sadly have to report that I have never seen them in Europe. Unless you order them from Amazon or something like that. But you can get CliffBars in most health stores if that would be a possible substitute for you.
I can also relate to eating the same thing over and over again – why mess with a system that works right? 😉
Also you will come to London at a perfect time – the weather forecast is finally reporting sunshine and warmer temperatures come next week 🙂 I hope it will come true!

Love your hair in this video. Can you tell me how you create that gorgeous waves? Thank you! I love eating arugula salad with apples and pomegranates!

    1. I just use a 1.25″ curling iron with the ends not tucked into the iron. There are some good “lob waves” videos on Youtube, too. You might want to search for some that sound good to you. : )

Thanks, Jess! By the way, I traveled to Spain (Madrid & Barcelona) by myself and it was FUN!

    1. That is so sweet of you!!! I am not sure when/where I’ll be in Paris yet, but I appreciate the incredibly kind offer!!

Ah, Trader Joes is great, I wish they would come over to the UK. Our nearest equivalent is probably Waitrose as they stock a really great selection of alternative products but it’s one of the more expensive stores. On the Larabar thing, a similar UK product are Nak’d bars (all whole nuts and dried fruit) and they’re really widely available so hopefully they’ll be an OK substitute for a few weeks!

Thanks for the video, Jess! My husband is going gluten-free so any tips are greatly appreciated. I haven’t made the leap myself but since I do most of the grocery shopping and cooking, I have to be in the know!

    1. : ) I hope that my tips helped! There are so many great places to look for gfree recipes, one of my faves is : )

Hey Jess! Thanks for this video! It was really useful to see an example of what gluten-free groceries from Trader’s Joes look like! I’ve really enjoyed your episodes on eating and health. I’ve personally adopted the green smoothie-a-day habit from Simple Green Smoothies, and am about 80% gluten-free now! It’s wonderful seeing examples of what other people are doing for their gluten-free shopping. Thanks!

    1. Bravo!! I love that you are doing the SGS approach and making more gfree choices if you’ve found it beneficial for you. : )

I am also a NZ Sav. Blanc lover. And…I put ice in my wine too! 😉 Gonna try that one you recommended when I return home to the States this summer. Thanks for the recommendation!

I love this! Thanks for sharing. Question: how do you store your cut avocados so they don’t turn brown? Thanks!

      1. Ashley

haha. That is what I do too, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything!

        1. Me too, but if I only want half, I spritz some lemon juice over the other half and put it in the fridge. Still green and tasty, the next day 🙂
