As I went for a run this morning, I found myself singing, “I got 99 problems but this moment ain’t one.”
Yes, I might have been a little loopy (clearly). But it became a nice mantra that captured what I am reading in Mr. Tolle’s The Power of Now.
Though we all have our “life situations” as Mr. Tolle says, in this very moment there are no problems.
Hahahahaha! I love this! 🙂 wishing I could “pin” from Bloglovin on my iPad right now to save this. I’ll have to swing back around later. 🙂
Nice! I am glad you like it, too!
Love this one. Running is just so perfect for embracing the present. It always, always lets my brain unclench and just relax into the beauty or pain or ease of a single moment. How not to be thankful for that?
Exactly! Do you ever find if you haven’t run in a while that you end up clapping when you get back on the road again? (I do. But I might just be weird.)
My version is a big smile plastered on my face 🙂 Ahhhh running. Pure bliss.
Agreed!
This is great!
I’m glad you like it, Stacey!
