In this video I share what has been the most transformational practice in my life and in Mr. Lively’s as well. I love this habit so much that I also want to help as many people as possible try out the practice in their own lives for seven days.
Please watch the video and comment below if you would like to participate in the With Intention Morning Club.
If there is enough interest in the idea, I’ll start setting up the club in the next week so we can all share in the practice and encourage one another.
I love this idea!!! Sign me up!
Yep, love it! Great idea!
LOVE this idea! Would definitely be interested in participating!
I definitely enjoy focusing on these areas, although I haven’t been perfect about devoting time to all three each day (especially on days I have a 1 hour workout!) but I think it would be great to be included in a community of people devoted to bettering themselves!
I mean we already are KIND OF in a community, but it’s subordinate to your posts. A Facebook group could be a great way to have a more interactive opportunity to surround ourselves with like minded people. I’m eager to see how it turns out!
Yeah, re: workout, on those days I’d just consider doing a shorter timeframe in addition to get the mental/spiritual practice part in at a different point, if needed. : )
And I agree! I think it would be great to have this group open to those who want to join the Morning Club – so it’s less about my content and more about the community as a whole. : )

Love it. What podcast does he listen to?
It is A Crash Course in Miracles. You can find it on iTunes!
Thanks Jess!
count me in!
Ever since your first post about the morning practice, I’ve been pondering starting my own. I would love to join a group!
That’s awesome! I can’t wait for the whole group to get going, it sounds like there is interest for it!
Would ABSOLUTELY join you for this. Fabulous idea. Also, I’m really loving the videos!
That’s so great to hear! I’m also so happy to hear you are liking the video format too, I’m enjoying it as well!
Thank you ladies so much! It seems like there is definitely interest! I’m going to get the process started and once the Morning Club is ready I’ll be sharing the details to join on the blog. : )
interested!
This is a great idea Jess! I will definitely join in!
Yes, that is a great idea! I would definately be interested.
This is an amazing idea.
Love it!!
Very interested!
Absolutely in. I constantly feel rushed in the morning, but it’s not because I lack time, it’s because I sleep until the last possible second and then run around like a crazy person.
I’m emotionally committed to my post-work workouts, but I think I’ll interpret the physical as time outside playing with the puppy. We *definitely* don’t give her enough play time in the morning, something I feel very guilty about. She’s then crated for the day and CRAZYPANTS by the time we get home in the evenings, making our evening more stressful. Devoting time to her and being outside in the morning is something she deserves, and will hopefully ease my guilt that we’re terrible puppy parents.
That sounds like a win-win-win! Excited to see how it goes for you!
I love this idea, especially if it means having a more mindful morning routine and not just hopping right onto the computer. Having the support of others would be really helpful — and just taking it seven days at a time, rather than feeling like it has to be a “forever” commitment. I like how you have said it can evolve over time… because once the baby comes, who knows what my days will look like 🙂
I know! I am not sure how we will manage the morning routine with a baby, it’s something I think about because I am so loving this practice but realize it will need to evolve with any kids later. You can help me find the way!
My friend forwarded this to me…I’m new to blogs, buuuut, I’m VERY interested in joining for 7 days…what’s my next step?
I’ll be sharing the next steps here on the blog in another post soon! Stay tuned.
Yes please, I’m in! 🙂
I want in! Love this!
That is so cool! I’ve never heard of that book before, but I could definitely see myself adding it to my own morning reading in the future! Please be sure to share with us in the Facebook group about it a bit more, if you like!
