As I’ve been diving into the creation of our thoughts (and subsequently our behaviors), I’ve uncovered the incredible power of the subconscious mind on the outcomes in our lives.

Then, I wanted to discover methods to reprogram these subconscious beliefs, which brought me to Britain’s top rated therapist, Marisa Peer, and her incredible Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

In fact, I found my own RTT session so powerful, I recently devoted a few weeks to becoming certified as a Rapid Transformational Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist myself.

    This is amazing and unbelievable all at the same time. I have not had a period since going off birth control four years ago. I’ve had lots of bloodwork, an MRI, changed my diet, my workouts, my sleep, everything, with no luck. This may be what I need! Do you mind sharing the name of the therapist you used? I know you mentioned she was German. Thank you! And thank you for sharing your personal experience.

    Hi Jess, thank you so much for this podcast, I’ve only just recently found your website and podcasts and it’s changing my whole perspective on the world in so many ways. I too have pcos (and same as you have tried supplements, diet, etc.). I am really interested about your experience with RTT. Could you give an update on your results now? Are you still getting regular periods? Also, do you do sessions aimed specifically for this area, or just general relaxation sessions? Thanks so much for all your guidance and inspiration.
