new changes to the workshop format

First, I’d like to thank everyone who filled out the survey on how I can best serve you in the upcoming Life and Business With Intention workshops!

I was so amazed by the depth of responses and I found so much inspiration and direction in the feedback.

In fact, I’ve made some pretty major adjustments to the workshops as a result to best serve the workshop participants.

If you are interested in coming to the upcoming Boston, San Francisco, or Austin workshops, please read below about the new changes that will be made to the workshop format.

I’m limiting the workshop members to 10 people or less.

In the survey the overwhelming majority of people preferred an intimate group setting with individualized feedback over a larger, more self-guided workshop format.

In order to make this a cross between one-on-one consulting and a self-guided workshop, I’m now limiting the number of participants to 10 or less to ensure that each person has plenty of personal attention from me and also has plenty of opportunity to contribute to the group.

I’m giving customized feedback to each workshop participant.

Just like in my one-on-one consulting, I’m going to be giving each participant five customized suggested action steps.

So those who might be looking for more individualized feedback on their specific life intentions or business visions will get the chance to work with me directly as well as gain insights and connections from the group.

I’m looking for city assistants.

In addition to these changes I’ll now be going to travelling to these events solo. But even a small event like this requires the help.

If you are interested in serving as a city assistant for Boston, San Fran, or Austin, please email hello(at) This position will be paid.

I want to support local food bloggers and businesses.

Instead of just finding any old place to prepare our food for these workshops, I’m looking to partner and support local businesses who create awesome, thoughtful, and creative foods.

If you have a food blog, catering business, or are interested in helping us in Boston, San Fran, or Austin, please email hello(at)

We are looking for creative foodies who want to share their passion with workshop participants.

The company or blogger we work with will be featured online and will be compensated.

I’m so beyond excited about these changes! Though the content of the workshops will largely remain the same, I believe that these edits to the format and the more intimate setting are really going to serve the people I work with in a far deeper way.

Also, please note that the workshops are not yet full, but may sell out quickly now that they are limited to a small number of spots. So sign up soon.
