Tomorrow’s Wish I Knew Wednesday topic is all about training assistants and interns. As a solopreneur grows a business, management often becomes a new role… and one that may not feel intuitive at first. Tomorrow I’l share my experience and tips from working with interns and assistants over the past four and a half years.

Yay! This WIKW couldn’t come as a better time for me since my interns start next week.

Congrats Alyssa! I can’t wait to share it tomorrow and hope it’s helpful.

  3. It was great! This was perfect timing for me as well – I’ve had my new intern shadow me at meetings twice but as we get into regular old office time, I wasn’t totally sure how to handle that. She’s excited to learn so I want to make sure she’s having plenty of opportunities to do so.

I have to say this installment was really, really great. It sounds like working for you is a great experience for everyone involved…kind of makes me wish we lived in Chicago 🙂
